Whether you're in town for work or play, you'll love the seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and location—just minutes from shops, cafes, and local attractions.

Guest Access:

You’ll come across a short staircase as soon as you enter the building, on the way to the unit. Guests have full private access to the unit, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

This property is located in the heart of the Lakeview neighborhood, one of Chicago’s most lively and welcoming areas. Known for its tree-lined streets and classic Chicago architecture, Lakeview offers a mix of residential charm and urban energy.



The area is filled with local cafés, restaurants, bars, and boutique shops, creating a vibrant, walkable environment. Parks, theaters, and entertainment options are nearby, making it ideal for both relaxing stays and exploring the city.



Lakeview combines convenience, culture, and neighborhood charm, giving guests a balanced urban experience with easy access to public transit and downtown Chicago.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy whether by public transit, car, or on foot. Multiple CTA bus routes run nearby, and the Red and Brown Lines are within a short walk for quick access to downtown Chicago. The neighborhood is very walkable, and bike lanes make exploring nearby streets and parks convenient. Street parking is available, though always check local signage.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $75 per pet. Dogs/cats may not be left unattended unless properly crated and must observe designated quiet hours. For the comfort of future guests, pets are not allowed on furniture.



Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include any damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or additional costs related to excessive hair or odor removal.
