Ruime kamers bij de luchthaven.
Het hotel is ok en qua prijs een alternatief voor de duurdere hotels in de binnenstad. De "blue line" metro is op wandelafstand, zodat de binnenstad gemakkelijk toegankelijk blijft. Het ontbijtbuffet is goed verzorgd en gevarieerd. Belangrijk voordeel zijn de ruime kamers, grote ladenkast, koelkast en microgolf op de kamer, zodat de zaak geschikt is voor een langduriger verblijf. Enig minpunt: om de hotelshuttle langs de internationale terminal te laten komen moet je bellen, want daar komt hij niet automatich langs.

The hotel shuttle should retain a half-hour schedule arriving at the airport every half-hour on the hour outside of the 12:00amCST-4:00amCST time frame. I absolutely love this property for the most part but it would be even better if they had a pool and hot tub and if the deposit was at most $50 a night or maybe even a stay because you have to already pay $37 a day for parking.

The phones didn’t work. Staff would constantly hang up on you mid speaking or put you on hold until you gave up and hung up. There are stains all over my room and they charged me extra for them even though the stains were already there.

There was construction in the lobby - they had to move me rooms due to noise . The new room was more quiet but i would have appreciated knowing at check in to avoid the move first thing in the morning half asleep. Overall it was a good stay.

The staff didn't seem to care about anything, and the room key was not working, so I had to go back all the way to the front desk, and the front desk didn't feel sorry at all. Also, when I walked up to the front desk to check out, no one greeted me and asked me what the room number than, then told me I was done! Soooooo unprofessional!!

I liked the location with the surrounding restaurants and stores. It is not too far from downtown Chicago and it was very peaceful and quiet.

Front desk staff was really nice, hotel was clean. Room was very clean, big, and bed was very comfortable. It was also very quiet at night, and in the morning. I had zero disturbance, which is rare in a hotel! Bonus was the skin care lotion, smelled awesome, and an herbal spray to mist on your pillow to help you sleep. ( I think it worked). Nice touches. Thanks for a pleasant weekend stay!!
