I was impressed with the very friendly accommodating staff. Stayed in a one bedroom suite with queen bed. Next time I would pick the basic king room. The layout of the suite felt small and there is no oven. The cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes were very impressive. The shower head was crazy high up for a 8ft tall person! The shower was not enjoyable. The bed was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the extra towels as needed on request. The pool table is great! The swimming pool seems basic I didn’t go in but it’s perfect for kids. The breakfast is okay, limited dairy free or vegan options. Parking is convenient and you can access the building with a keycard by the side doors easily. I stayed in a room that had a view of a brick wall which made it seem dark in the room. The overall vibe of the hotel is quiet and laid back. I would stay again.

Beautiful all suite hotel!
I was pleasantly surprised by the updates to this clean and modern all suite Hotel. Everything was spotless from the outdoor areas, common areas and the guest suite. The only issues I had were the fact that there was no information provided on ours, accessibility, location of things, etc. I had to look them up online instead of just having them in room, or provided to me upon check-in.

Good stay but needs improvements
Breakfast had to improve. Same thing every day is not nice to eat. Also the way type of food avaliable is very less compared to any small hotel in Europe.

The staff was super pleasant & always helpful. The rooms were amazing! They were doing some renovations so that was inconvenient but I’m sure it will be great when it’s done. I would definitely stay here again.

Lobby smells fresh and relaxing. Atmosphere is nice and calm and quiet. Pool room is very clean. Shampoo conditioner and body wash provided in shower for convenience. Full kitchen with utensils for long stays. Very clean and nothing is outdated.

They were friendly and helpful from the start, letting us check in early and letting us know the property was having renovations. It was super quiet and the breakfast had some great packaged options.

This is first time I've stayed here and was very impressed. Super clean, wonderfully large rooms with full kitchen. Loved the layout...just felt like a cozy little home away from home. Would definitely come back.

Hotel is awaiting major renovation held up by factors out of their control, but is kept VERY clean and they will fix things if you tell them about it. Management and employees are all very pleasant, kind, and accommodating. Nice to chat with them.

We liked the room, and the access. We did not like the lack of a real breakfast, lack of mask enforcement, noise from the highway, and noise from adjacent rooms.

We will have a lot more healthy items :) I apologize for some of our guests not wearing masks. We truly encourage it but knowing that many of our guests stays with us for complicated medical treatments, we try to not make them feel uncomfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here! In times of Covid it is hard for overworked staff to remain positive and upbeat. But the staff at this hotel were incredible! So accommodating and pleasant! We will stay here again when we return primarily because of the staff.

Hello Michael and truly Thank You for posting such an honest review! I know that we should not giggle about it as bed smell at the hotel is a serious detractor… BUT you made us laugh with your comment… and YOU MADE US FIX IT! Since we acquired our hotel, we were fighting with an air circulation powered by the roof top unit. Finally, we decided to replace it completely! And we waited… and waited… and waited for a delivery… Within last few months we also made many other improvements! The entire water treatment, pool, business center and most importantly 😊 😊 😊 we are going into renovation! We certainly hope that you will give us another chance and we will smell like unicorns!!! Gosh … I hope they smell nice!

The staff was nice, but our room had dirty sticky carpet. I did not feel like I was in a clean room for my 5 night stay. No one ever cleaned our room or asked if we needed anything replenished. The breakfast was a very cheap covid modified style. No juice cartons, yogurt, milk cartons or cereal cartons. Just the same selection of danish, muffins,oatmeal, water or coffee. Bagged waffles with no syrup. Spoons only. Unhealthy options when u have kids. I thought they’d atleast get to eat cereal. Our dishwasher was broken upon arrival. Therefore, I’m assuming my dishes were filthy and rinsed with water considering it had brown standing water upon arrival. I was given soap and the engineer never came to fix the dishwasher.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your August review and agreed our breakfast at that time was very… Covid friendly ☹ Today we offer more options, juice, yogurt, cereal and milk was added as well. Most importantly we are modifying it again! As of January all Residence Inn hotels are switching to a healthy breakfast that is designed for guests who care what is on the label! Hopefully we will see you again and we will have a pleasure to read your feedback about our new breakfast standard! P.S. We did professionally wash all carpets in the hotel and since than it is easy to keep up 😊
