'Floors need cleaning'

'Great location in Chatt! Clean and friendly staff. Would totally recommend!'

'OK for one night. Large room and close to the Chikamauga battlefield. Good also for visiting Lookout Mountain. Hotel is a bit older, but room was clean. Breakfast was rather poor.'

'Ik had een suite voor één nacht, genoeg ruimte en goed bevallen.'

'Read hotel is a 10 . But I can only give a 9 at this time . Due to the fact check out is at 11 am . But at 8 am why me and my wife was asleep in bed we was startled and alerted by a young man dressed in black with a clip board. He scared us and shocked us it was embarrassing and shouldn't have even happened being check out is not till 11 am . We called service desk to make sure everything was OK and alerted them of situation . And was told that they was just part of the house cleaning staff and...

'Geweldig hotel. Goed ontbijt en gratis buffet met drankjes van 17.30 uur tot 19.00 uur. Mooie kamers met inloopdouche. Binnenbad aanwezig. Dichtbij mall en veel restaurants.'

'The room was not ready on time and staff was nonchalant about it. The room was not cleaned properly and the shower soaps were empty. The facility was fully booked and over priced. No doubt they were not adequately staffed for being fully booked which does not change the facts! Very disappointing as previous stay was great.'

'I booked because of the “good reviews”. The room is cleaned, staff are friendly but the breakfast was horrible. Ive stayed in budget hotels with free breakfast but this is one of the worst. Stayed for 2 days, same food on the counter. All carbs, the only protein they served is a freakin refrigerated hard boiled egg in the 2 days we were there. No hot breakfast meals aside from hot coffee/hot water. Probably our first in days inn and the last.'

'Nice room - terrible location.'

'We have stayed here every year when we go to Florida. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is kept very clean. Nice breakfast. We are starting to notice some wear and tear. Our room door was difficult to open this time. The stopper in the bathroom sink wouldn’t stay open, it kept closing. Our room we stayed in on our way to Florida, had some trouble flushing at first and the seat was loose.. One of the staff came right away and fixed it. Marriott just needs to put a little...

'Breakfast was great! Very affordable room but very basic and small.'

'Vriendelijk ontvangst door receptie. Schone kamer, lekkere bedden. Prima ontbijt. Zwembad zag er goed uit. Hebben we niet gebruikt. Schuin tegenover het hotel zit een Cracker & Barrel. Goede locatie om te eten zonder de auto te hoeven pakken.'

'We only used it to sleep - was perfect for our need.'
