'Would love to give them a 10, but there are a few things you should know. The microwave and coffee maker is community use, in the lobby,not in rooms. The breakfast is more grab and go, with the exception of sausage patties. I enjoyed the stay, but had the smoke alarm go off both mornings around 5:30 without any explanations.'

'The property was clean and in a very convenient location. The pictures don’t really convey how tiny the room and shower is but that’s not a huge deal. My most pressing concern was the lack of response from the customer service number or from the message service. Our TV didn’t work, the code to the “game boxes” was incorrect, the fire pit was out of gas so it didn’t work, and the freezer was completely frozen up. I called numerous times and left messages as well as leaving messages on the app....

'Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Gym has a fantastic smith machine / squat rack but not much else. Extremely modern and clean rooms. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in YEARS. Typically travel to this area every quarter and will absolutely be booking this hotel everytime going forward. Only complaints: European shower door (water splashes out the back) + you can easily hear doors close throughout the night. 9.6/10'

'I spoke to John several days earlier concerning our reservations, (the front desk at our Ooltewah, Tn Holiday Inn location) walked in At 3;05 on our arrival dated and a gentleman was standing there at the check-in desk, can I help you he said . Are you Johnny I said and every thing was great from then on. Everything,parking,breakfast,extra towels and such was great. Check was smooth! THANK YOU! We had a beautiful wedding of our Grand-Daughter nearby. '

'Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good. '

'Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. '
