  • Centraal gelegen super schoon gezinsvriendelijk huis ideaal voor wandelingen en fietstochten naar koffie bij Bidwell Perk (3 mijl), Bidwell Park (0,5 mijl), het centrum (1,5 km), en Chico State (2 mijl). Ontspan bij de open haard op de binnenplaats, in het bubbelbad of organiseer een barbecue en jeu de boules spel aan het zwembad. House was clean and fully stocked. Great living spaces. Pool and hot tub were clean, beds were comfortable, great location. Lots of fun stuff at the house, lots of books, games, played the piano a bit, more apps than you need on the TV. We had a blast. Definitely a great find and will be back!

Was a wonderful home for stay in Chico for family wedding. Stephanie was very responsive, very friendly. Home was equipped with everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

Stayed for 5 days and it was perfect. It was serene and relaxing out back poolside, and cool and spacious inside. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. Bidwell Park was close for great bike rides either downtown or throughout the park, or both! Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay again.

This home served as the gathering point for two families in celebration of grandmas 70th birthday. It was the perfect venue providing ample room for young and old. The pool was refreshing and the neighborhood walk each evening, when it cooled down, was terrific.

First off the hosts were extremely friendly and communicative. Very kind and offered lots of helpful tips and suggestions for around the house and in town. The vrbo was immaculate, clean, and had everything you needed to cook, bbq, and more. The house really felt like home and the beds were also super comfortable. Perfect Home for All Ages

We loved everything from the booking to the end of our stay. I’ve never dealt with such a warm, hospitable host as Stephanie. They have thought of everything for their home, even supplying a lighter for the bbq and an ice chest out by the pool. The beds were super comfy and we all had a wonderful time. I will definitely want this home again on our next visit to Chico.

Great House for Chico State Visitors!

We used this house as our home base for the 2024 Chico State Parent weekend. We were up visiting our Freshman daughter. It was an excellent location and was perfect for the occasion. Graduation Vacation!

We live in town, but we had friends and family visiting for the high school graduation of our son. This weekend getaway was a wonderful place to celebrate! The house is centrally located in town and even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. We had an amazing time barbecuing, swimming, and socializing, and the inside of the house slept our visiting family comfortably. Great communication with the host. Home away from home

This is our second time staying at the house and we booked our trip while sitting by the pool during our last visit. We loved it so much. The house is clean and comfortable. You feel like you’re at a friend’s house or your favorite aunts house. It’s not barely furnished with four forks and knives. It’s a fully loaded kitchen, two ice chests by the pool, big soft couches, games, first aid kit, everything in the house is meant for your use. The owner is so nice and helpful. The communication was perfect. I can’t recommend this house enough.

Great for Gathering

My mom, my cousins, and I stayed at the house, and other family who were in town for a family event were able to drop in easily. We shared meals together (kitchen had everything we could need!) and had fun splashing and relaxing in the pool and backyard. Very comfortable and hospitable.
