'The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.'

'Quiet location. Pool was very clean. Towels provided. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. The entire hotel is being remodeled. Hopefully there’s a full length mirror going into the rooms when they’re done. Hubby put a suitcase over the nightlight that wouldn’t turn off next to the bed. Shines right on you.'

'Had a quick 1 night stay but the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the place did not give the “old stale” hotel smell. When sleeping I could smell the laundry soap on the sheets. 'Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane.'
