'Mooi redelijk nieuw hotel. Goed ontbijt. Goede ligging in omgeving van snelweg. Verder weinig in omgeving. Afgelegen. Binnen 5 Miles wel mogelijkheden om te eten buiten het hotel. Personeel was niet heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wasdroger zat vol met inkt. Moesten maar down town gaan om je wasgoed te drogen. Optie. Personeel maakt droger schoon. Die optie bestond niet. Zeer onvriendelijk. '

'this is a nice location. The staff was pleasant. the property and room were clean and attractive. The dining area was spacious and clean. The breakfast was adequate with a good selection of foods which included eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and very good coffee. The only negative was that the oatmeal was very watery which was very unappealing. This is not a major problem considering the other many positives. I would highly recommended this location.'

'When we first entered our room, our AC was off and it was over 80 degrees in there. We turned on the AC, but it just wouldn’t cool down. We eventually got a hold of the front desk, and they gave us a different room which was nice but it was a big pain moving everything over. Service was slow in the restaurants and when we needed something from the front desk. We went to the pool, and it was filthy. Dirty towels and cups were scattered. There were no clean towels available. The shower in the room...

'The facility was at maximum capacity. The swimming pool and hot tub were not working. Unless an inquiry was made, one would have assumed the reason was to save the corporation expense for repairs. Very sad. Ice machine near our room was not functioning. Housekeeping was 10 out of 10 rating. Kudos to housekeeping.'

'The hotel is definitely aged/old property. The entry breakfast area was very small and aged. It was clean. The room looked somewhat modernized, beds were comfortable. The bathroom was decent but old and battered. Lots of patching up on things. We were on the side of property facing the Hwy. It was noisy. The windows were old and thin. The actual breakfast of cereals, bagels, bread and waffles was very basic. Don’t drink the coffee. AC was fine. Was it the 8 plus rating it got ? NO. I would have...

'I’m limited in mobility, and my room was on the 2nd floor. No worry, the outstanding service by staff with genuine caring made the issue moot. My room was clean and spacious. Fresh coffee or tea available 24x7. Breakfast fresh with ample choices! But mostly, it was the kindness and consideration of staff, especially one young man, who will make this a go to for every future visit!!'

'The property upon entering did not smell pleasant. It was clean enough and not seeing any irregularities, I have to assume it is just an older property that could use some TLC. Once the AC was turned on in our room, the odor dissipated. The clientele appeared to be heavy construction workers. Being a property wirh suites and kitchen facilities, it would work well for them.'

'The first room they gave us smelled like wet dog. If I had known it was pet friendly in every room I would not have stayed there. The second room they gave us was supposed to have been just deep cleaned still smelled like wet dog. One would think that there would be certain rooms that would be pet free. Now 12 hrs later at my home all I smell is wet dog and I don't have any pets.'
