'Non all'altezza delle aspettative. Da una struttura del genere ( e dal relativo costo) ci si aspetta la cura del dettaglio e non solo. Il servizio ha fatto desiderare. 'We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent: the accommodations, the atmosphere, and especially the people, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The only issue was finding the property. To be fair, La Casella provided very clear directions and specifically advised us not to rely on GPS. When we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed for dinner and later found out the chef left and they were closing the restaurant for the rest of the year. 'We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable.
