'We were in the preseason and therefore not that busy. The surroundings are beautiful and the staff is friendly. We got a free room upgrade and it was great! Super spacious with even a double shower. But we had to go down 2 stairs (no elevator). You need a car to see something of the surroundings and this will be worthwhile! One downside: we were not impressed with the kitchen. breakfast and dinner were disappointing. '

'This property has the potential to be a 5 Star hotel/resort. The property and surrounding grounds are excellent. The rooms are modern and spacious. The problem, and it’s significant, is the food and beverage. We had the worst meal in Italy I’ve ever had in their “fine dining” restaurant w a family party of 18 which we set up in advance. 'De kamers is netjes en proper. De gangen in hotel zijn wel wat aan vernieuwing toe. Het ontbijt is SUPER (wel geen eitjes) maar men kan op het terras buiten lekker ontbijten. De bediening van de garçons is Super en zijn héél vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Men wordt vriendelijk ontvangen in het restaurant en het eten is er lekker. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Orvieto'
