'Great room location. Great bed and pillows. Very well located. Loved the historical prestige of the place. Staff was friendly and helpful.'

'Perfecto todo, el lugar increíble, cómodo, limpio, amplio! El que nos recibió súper amable, la persona más linda del mundo! Nos regaló una botella de champaña cuando llegamos! Nos cuidó la maletas porque nuestro tren salía más tarde! Todo perfecto es poco! '

'Highly recommend Away from the crowds in a quiet but cool neighborhood Staff were very welcoming and helpful- gave us recommendations to amazing coffee nearby and restaurants Room was small but very nice with everything you could possibly want - we will come back'

'Het kon niet beter.'

'The property was incredible. Very comfortable beds, very large living areas, amenities were readily available with cleaning service daily. Great hosts who were great at communicating, offered suggestions, and allowed for luggage storage even after check out. Prime location next to the David (can be slightly louder from the street in the morning on that one side, but not too bothersome). Overall an excellent stay!'

'Todo 10 de 10 . La atencion, el lugar, ubicación. No podria ser mejor. Ampliamente recomendado..'

'Great room - with a terrace outside. Quiet neighborhood, no noise at night. Yet close to the Cathedral. Elevator. Excellent bed. And best of all. Great service of our host Dario, who was - during daytime - always available for help and information '

'Very nice stay. being in a busy city to find this calm spot. '

'The apartment was advertised--beautiful architecture, lovely and clean decor, a very well appointed flat in a beautiful and well-maintained building. The renovations were very well done and the property manager is wonderful! There is plenty of closet space, the shower is spacious with great water pressure, and there is A/C if you need it. I wish I had planned a longer stay! I look forward to returning.'

'Everything wonderful. A really charming hotel. The breakfast was amazing at an amazing ancient salon'

'Loved our stay. Super spacious and central'

'Excellent location to key sights, spacious room. Gritty, dirty square surrounds entrance. Most of Florence smells like sewer.'

'Centraal gelegen; schone, nette hotel met goede service.'

'Big rooms right in the city center of Florence! Bathroom was on the old side but everything works properly. Great to have air conditioning given the summer warmth.'

'Onvriendelijke gastheer, Kamers zeer matig en beddengoed beneden pijl. Badkamer niet goed schoon met tekenen van fungi. Het aanbevolen restaurant ( van vrienden) was ronduit slecht; pasta geregten uit de diepvries. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding van dit verblijf is zeer slecht. De reservering was via AMEX bevestigd maar men weigerde de kaart te accepteren, "te duur" was het verhaal. Hier kan men beter niet overnachten!'
