'This hotel is quite unique. The staff couldn't be nicer! Going out if their way for their guests is no trouble. The location is right in the center of town. So convenient. The breakfast is amazing! The only con is when you initially try to locate the hotel. We went by it the first time. It is located on a street that you can't drive down certain times of the day.'

'We kwamen pas heel laat aan bij het hotel maar dit was geen enkel probleem omdat er altijd iemand aanwezig is. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en ruime keuze om iedere dag iets anders te kunnen eten. De kamer was schoon, lekker koel door de airco en voorzien van rolluiken. Ook hadden we weinig last van de geluiden van buitenaf. Een heel leuk hotel in het bruisende centrum van Ravenna, vlakbij restaurants en winkels. Het enige minpuntje was dat de douchebak nogal klein was.'
'My wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Italia prior to boarding Celebrity Eclipse on 19 September 2025. Tommaso and all the hotel staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent.
