'We stayed at this hotel in 2025 and 2026. The quality of the hotel has gone down during that time period. This is a corporate issue. The studio kitchen had visible sticky food on it upon arrival and the pans had been scraped /usable to cook. The front desk women who checked us in was happy to provide new pans to us. We washed the rest of the dishes upon arrival because there was dust/dirt on them. The bathroom also had remnants of prior guests (dirt/hair). The pool was not usable during our stay...

'The good things were the bed, shower, and staff. The bad things were stained carpets, our room tv never did work, the air conditioner hardly blew any air. We had the thermostat on 51 degrees so if you sat right by it you could feel it. No hair dryer as advertised and the coffee maker never worked. Very disappointed.'

'We just got back from a lovely relaxing stay at the muse guesthouse. Myself and wife spent 2 nights here and was so well looked after, we was greeted at arrival with a glass of Sangria and snacks. Tea ,Coffee and beverages available all day, Breakfast very nice and plenty of it, sets you up for most of the day, Being British they even made me a very tasty full English breakfast. We visited the Harley Davidson museum and downtown Milwaukee ,lots of shops ,restaurants and bars, really enjoyed...

'The hotel was very well kept and very nice. Always enjoy the nice full breakfast and also the snacks/food/drinks around 5 every day. The only downside of this location is that it was confusing to get from the parking garage to the actual hotel. If I wanted to get something out of my car it felt like a maze to get back to the parking garage each time.'

'Very friendly staff. Our room was very large compared to other rooms I have stayed in. The bathrooms were also large and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel and the rooftop bar were both really nice. Great ambiance and it is really close to the shops and restaurants in the Third Ward. We took a nice walk along the riverfront, went to the Public market, and saw a show a the Riverside Theater. Everything was very close to the hotel. We really enjoyed staying there!'

'When checking in Emily was very friendly and helpful. Our King suite room was spacious and the amenities were great, but the room wasn’t very clean. We did have a dog with us (which we had to pay a fee nearly as much as the cost of the room and non-refundable), but I would still expect a clean room. The floors were stained and didn’t look to be vacuumed and there was an empty food container on the floor.
