'GREAT Property and AMAZING STAFF. However, I do have to note two things that give me pause on going back there (at least when it is super hot). 1) The beach is rough and not great to swim in. 'Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. 'The hotel was great. The room was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful, pools were the absolute best part of the trip!! Food was not as good as I expected from a Rosewood and I just wish it had a swim-able beach. Spa was awesome, kids club/nannies were just the very best and the speak-easy was AMAZING! Highly recommend!'
