'Whole experience was excellent from leisure staff, bar staff and restaurant staff all very helpful and attentive. Evening meal was excellent, good choice. Breakfast was also lovely, great choice for adults and children.

'Accommodation at The Bowling Green is excellent. There are several rooms in a self contained annex right next to the pub. The rooms are of a very high standard and guests have access to a continental breakfast and a mini fridge in the room. We have stayed here many times and have always been impressed. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Highly recommended. '

'Amazing breakfast which was included in the price of hotel. Lovely quiet hotel in good location. Room was a little on the dark side and could have benefitted from a light near the mirror for dressing and makeup. it was also a little too warm but there was a fan in the room.'
