'Everything was exactly as it was described. We had 2 dogs and it was a perfect outdoor area. We brought 2 baby gates and put them up at the entrance opening, which enclosed the 3 sided porch so that our dogs could be outside with us. Beds are comfortable. We were not going for luxury. It was a quaint, clean and rustic little cabin tucked away just perfectly. Also loved the nearby winery. Thank you Dan.'

'Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Black Bear Cabin. It had a relaxing ambience and set up for comfort from the beds and furniture, the well equipped kitchen, ample towels and blankets, to the wrap around porch and the hot tub. It was meticulously clean! Even the wildlife seem to know this is a tranquil place-we viewed a baby deer about the grounds wait around for momma doe, which came to collect him towards dusk. 'This spacious one room cabin was clean and stocked by considerate, generous people. There were board games, several flavors of creamer in the fridge, plenty of nice towels, and a fun little loft. The home cooked breakfast was delicious and delivered on time. The best part was the back porch with a beautiful view of the river. We will definitely go back!'

'Are stay here was wonderful, the cabin is fully stocked, great location. Are family enjoyed the quiet area and even seen deer walk by. Amanda was great to work with. WiFi saved us. Cell service in all the area is bad, but you are out in nature. Would highly recommend this cabin.'

"It is basic but clean and functional. I recommend using the free breakfast in the morning; there is a non-meat option, and it gets you on the way. Mayor grocery nearby but very well hidden; you will have to use you navigator. Located between rather busy Olentangy River Rd, I315, and Columbus' mayor attraction: the railway. The locomotives' hooting can be heard all over Columbus but it has its charms and after 10 years or so you get used to it. It was not a problem for me."
