'This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak...

'I stayed at this hotel during the Canton Fair. They haven't bus service that takes you from the hotel to the fair. It is about a 45 minute drive so it's not close to the fair area. As far as the location off this hotel it is about 20 minute walk from Beijing Street which is a very nice walking area near the Buddha temple. This hotel has some nice traditional monuments around that one can walk to. The hotel is spread out so rooms can be in different buildings. My room was in a different building...

'Good location and convenient. Room clean and have washing machine in the room. Close to the subway and park. Will come back.'

'Good location for tourists The housekeeper is very polite. Will be better to have another luggage Space.'

'Convenient location, nice breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff, enjoy the stay here. Thanks.'

'The biggest plus point of this hotel is definitely its location, right at the end of Beijing Road, making it very convenient for shopping and food. The room was also spacious enough for a comfortable stay. However, there were a few downsides. There was no ramp for luggage, so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up about five steps to reach the lift. The two lifts serving the shared building were also rather slow. When we first entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, and we had to air...

'Clean, modern and new room. Sometimes a little bit noisy. Great service overall. '

'Badkamer te klein en niet helemaal schoon. Zwarte kitranden en spocht. Verder alles ok'
