'Outside of town, nice to be away from all the hubbub but still close enough to resupply easily. Pack in and out essentially. Good kitchenette accomodations (plates, cookware, salt/pepper, coffee fixings). Great little place to get away. 2 small cons: Payment was required much sooner than check in, which I didn't expect when booking through Expedia. The propane tank we dead empty, so I had to refill in town. Even then, the grill barely warmed up to cook out shrimp.'

Our bathtub faucet broke, with the water running one night. The hotel was able to move us to an adjacent room quickly. Food at their restaurant is just OK. But there are outstanding restaurants within a short walk. We stocked up on lunch and breakfast food at the Homer Safeway and enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in our room looking out at the view and...
