'10 out of 10!!!! This little farmhouse is EXACTLY what we needed in the Waco area! The house cozy and comfortable, a far cry from generic hotel room in Waco. The gas fireplace was a comfort we indulged in while the whole family sat and read books around it. We now have a whole herd of cow friends, who visited every morning, and (with the help of some cow pellets graciously left from the owner), our daughter made friends with all of them, including the newborn calf. 'My adult daughters, granddaughter and her friend stayed for the weekend. Despite the cold, we had a great time! We walked down to the dock and the girls enjoyed the swing overlooking the water. The ping pong table was a hit!The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. '
