Welcome to High Tide Hideaway - Brand New Construction in July 2023! Tucked in the very heart of our Little Island by the Sea on Church Street, you’re close to everywhere you want to be. Downtown Main Street Shops and Restaurants are just a short stroll away, as is our famous Farmers Market! You’ll love wandering down to Robert Reed Waterfront Park - home of amazing Chincoteague Sunsets and many Free Events all Summer long! Imagine having all of this, AND being only 5 minutes from Assateague National Seashore - one of the most gorgeous and pristine beaches in America, not to mention the home of our Famous Wild Ponies!

Beautiful and Blue, High Tide Hideaway towers about the rest in so many ways. Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by serene Colors of Sand and Sky, and beautiful Flooring reminiscent of a stroll on the Boardwalk. Kick off your Flip Flops and let the fun begin….

You’ll love sinking into the comfy Sectional Sofa, and relaxing with Free WiFi and Flat Screen Smart TV. The Open Layout is great for entertaining and spending time with those who matter most without ever feeling crowded. Special touches such as Local Art on the walls makes you fall even more in love with Chincoteague Island.

The Chef in your family will delight in the Well-Stocked Kitchen with Stainless Appliances, Beachy White Cabinetry, and stunning Quartz Countertops. With all the comforts of home, and then some, there’s no need to eat out everyday - unless you want to, that is! Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar, which is decked out in Coastal Shiplap, before hitting the Beach, or dine in the comfort of Central AC in the evening. Outside, you’ll find a Gas Grill for whipping up the Fresh Catch of the Day - which hopefully you caught! The very cool Dining Nook has Custom Cushions and gorgeous Wicker Chairs. There’s also a convenient Half Bath just off the Kitchen and Living Area, as well as a Stackable Washer and Dryer.

High Tide Hideaway sleeps 10, and has 3 stunning levels so everyone can spread out. Wandering to the 2nd Floor, you’ll find Bedrooms 1 and 2, as well as 2 Full Baths. Bedroom 1 is a Master and has a luxurious King Bed with a Coastal Distressed Headboard we just love, as well as Flat Screen Smart TV. With a Private Master Bath with Double Vanities and Walk-in Shower, it’s sure to please. Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 has a comfy Queen Bed and also has a Flat Screen Smart TV. Both Bedrooms have Lamps with USB Chargers to make powering up each day super easy. A 2nd Full Bath with a Tub/Shower Combo is also on this level.

Now, up to the 3rd Floor - you’re in for quite a treat! The 3rd Level opens up to a 2nd Living Area with a super comfy Sofa and another Flat Screen Smart TV. Traveling with kids? Then you know there’s nothing like having this space where they can do their own thing, while the grown-ups relax downstairs. Part of this Living Area is a super cool - and super secret - play nook for the kiddos. Just off this Living Area, you’ll find Bedroom 3, which is dressed in Nautical Navy and Crisp White. This room has 2 Sets of Full over Full Bunk Beds! Seriously, the kids will never want to leave, but these oversized bunks are also great for adults! There’s also a Workstation with Computer Monitor, just in case you have to spend a few minutes catching up on those emails.

There’s so much to do on our beautiful Island - whether you enjoy a day at the Beach searching for Wild Ponies or frolicking in the Surf, playing a game of mini golf, or splashing at Maui Jack’s Water Park, there will never be a dull moment, that’s for sure!
