'Nice small house for two with a a dock, a screened-in porch and a rooftop porch with a nice view. They have kayaks to use on the bay (you’ll have to launch at a boat ramp as the dock is too high). Nice place, nice location, good price.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed this house. Solid construction weathered the storm that blew through one day. Sparkling clean throughout, carpet was new, sofa was super comfy for sitting or lounging on. There was a stool in the closet for reaching higher cabinets so I was glad to see previous complaints in reviews had been addressed. 'The decks all need work; very easy to get a sliver from the very worn and warped boards. Three t.v.’s in the house, upstairs, but none worked because Dish subscription had not been renewed. Dishwasher broken, furniture outdated, worn, and filthy. Black fungus/mold in showers. The whole place needs an overhaul. Overall very unhappy with this rental and will not rent it again.'
