'The property was incredible. Very comfortable beds, very large living areas, amenities were readily available with cleaning service daily. Great hosts who were great at communicating, offered suggestions, and allowed for luggage storage even after check out. Prime location next to the David (can be slightly louder from the street in the morning on that one side, but not too bothersome). Overall an excellent stay!'

'Todo 10 de 10 . La atencion, el lugar, ubicación. No podria ser mejor. Ampliamente recomendado..'

'Personeel top en discreet, niets is teveel. Ontbijt is goed met meerdere opties zoals brood en/of yoghurt en verscheidene dolce's. Kamers waren stil en lekker warm ( je kan de temperatuur zelf regelen), badkamer ruim en modern genoeg. Het hotel ligt centraal, waardoor zowel het openbaar vervoer als winkels en musea op loopafstand liggen.'

'Positive - walking distance and central to everything we wanted to see in Florence, including close to the train station. Our room was spacious, we had 2 floors, with the main bedroom downstairs and our children slept upstairs. Staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast included in our stay at a stunning restaurant close to the apartment. Negative - Cleaning of the room everyday was not included during our stay (surcharge) Not enough storage/shelving for our clothes/...

'Goed hotel op loopafstand van alles. Aardig personeel. Prima ontbijt.'

'Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and the location was close to everything I needed! And the view og the duomo was very nice. The only downside was the door of my room that needed a little push and pull, before it properly locked. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay!'

'We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Il Malaspina. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to help make my partner’s birthday feel special. Communication before our arrival was excellent, and every request was handled with genuine care. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the room was comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore Florence on foot. It’s the thoughtful hospitality that really stood out and made us feel so welcome. We would happily stay here again on...

'This wasn’t like an American hotel. The elevator was small. Didn’t seem very handicap accessible. The hallways were a little confusing to navigate. But. The staff was great. The room was nice. And you are right next to the tourist attractions.'

'Geweldig hotel! Keurig schoon, vriendelijk personeel.

'A beautiful apartment, so full of character and charm. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful host. Great location in easy walk from main sights and with a lovely bakery round the corner!'

'The owner was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!'

'Excelente localização e estacionamento PAGO muito próximo. Banheiros precisam de atualização e manutenção. Boas camas'

'Instructions were very easy to follow for accessing the unit - walking distance to all places. The complimentary water & sparkling wine were a nice surprise'
