'Terrible directions to the property. WiFi didn't work (router damaged) and TV cable couldn't connect due to damage, so no terrestrial viewing either. Absolute rip off for price paid. No response from property management. Floors stained and property in overall shabby condition.'

'This is a lovely location in Bath. We were close to the theater, the Roman Baths and the abbey. It's the perfect location for touristing in Bath. It took us a while to find the location, as our mobile app and the street names didn't always work together. We should have just called for directions. 'More and brighter lights. The only lights were ceiling lights which were not great. The wall lights by the end did not work. It could be an amazing place with a little investment. The bed was poor, the knives were very blunt but it is a good size '

'Perfect, great communication from moment of booking to depature, wonderful attention to detail made a few nights stay at The Dovecote a perfect post Christmas pre New Year tonic. Lovely walks in a calm setting. Very comfortable accomodation, everything we needed and more. Natalie gave us a warm welcome and made sure all was ok, and there at departure to wish us well. Wish we could have stayed longer but now found we will definately revisit when we need our batteries recharged! Lovely welcome...

'This cellar apartment is a very cool place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful information regarding the area and getting around. Very nicely renovated with a well equipped kitchen, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. The bathroom was large with a great shower. It was very comfortable and quiet which made for an excellent night's sleep.'

We had to clean the kitchen with all of its utensils, bathroom and living area ourselves!!The portable heater would only work on low! The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows flat and the duvet was all clumped up!!We were very disappointed clients!!'
