Step outside to the beautifully styled deck, where the rattan lounge suite and circular daybed invite you to stretch out with a book, sip wine as the sea breeze drifts in, or linger over long conversations. A small dining set provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or shared platters after a day at the beach. Overlooking the private, fully fenced backyard, it’s a relaxed outdoor retreat where children can play freely while adults unwind in comfort.

Each bedroom is designed as a restful haven. The primary bedroom features a queen bed dressed in crisp linen and calming hues, while the second bedroom offers two single beds — perfect for families or friends. The bathroom includes a combined shower and bathtub, plush towels, and complimentary toiletries, providing a refreshing start or a soothing end to your day.

This single-level home offers easy access throughout, with year-round comfort ensured by split-system heating, cooling, and ceiling fans. A washing machine is provided for your laundry needs, while on-site parking and additional free street parking make arrivals effortless. A large shed offers convenient storage for outdoor equipment or beach gear.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
