'Communication before was great. Check in was easy and available several hours early. House was the perfect size for myself, my husband, my parents, and 3 teens. Location was nice, quiet, and close to all the things we wanted to do. Kids enjoyed having the basement space to themselves, especially the TV, and their own bathroom. A bit disappointed that there wasn’t a ping pong table like the pictures show. Kitchen, living room, and deck were a bit dated but comfortable. Loved having 3 full...

'The house was very clean and has more than the minimum of dishes and silverware. The dishwasher was broken but we were made aware of this and provided with a credit. The house is really well located and perfect for a family ski weekend. '
