'We just finished up our week here in St. Lucia. This house was perfect for us. We had the dock so Captain Cliffs boating could come pick us up right outside. We had the grocery store around the corner for when we wanted to eat in and all of the restaurants right outside the gate for when we didn’t. 'The cottage was adorable and has an amazing view. It is small but cozy, perfect for 2 people. The housekeeper comes twice a week so the place is always very clean. The only negative we experienced was the drive to the place. Google maps does not know how to route to it properly and kept taking us on dead ends and the roads thru the neighborhood are dirt and VERY bumpy and filled with potholes. You have to drive slow. Once we learned the proper route though it wasn't too bad, just be prepared....

"This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with simple things, then they even talk to each other about you as a group behind the front desk and roll their eyes in front of the hotel guests while you are talking to them. I found that a bit disrespectful. "
