'The staff were amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure that the gluten free member of our group was catered for at breakfast. The room was clean, and the beds comfy afrer walking the Thames path. I wiuld stay here again in a heartbeat and am thinking of retyrning with my family due to the location and price. '

'We are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!'

'An excellent hotel, with comfortable, well proportioned rooms. Parking is obviously an issue, but you just have to factor in the extra cost of this (not too expensive in the station car park). The staff were excellent and very helpful, with the exception of one rather officious lady at breakfast who loudly informed me that I wasn't allowed to have porridge followed by scrambled egg on toast, as it counted as two cooked breakfasts! 'sfeervolle accommodatie, aardige mensen. behoorlijk achterstallig onderhoud. "badkamer" was niet groter dan een ruime kleerkast en bepaald niet proper. Ruimte in de kamer beperkt.'

'Schoon hotel. Makkelijk om met bus (5 pond p.d.) in het centrum te komen. Badkamer (minder validen) was aan een kleine opknapbeurt toe. Pizza en wings verkrijgbaar. In het gebouw ernaast bios, Aziatisch buffet en burgers. '
