'Liebes Hotelteam, ich möchte gerne einige Anmerkungen zu meinem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel teilen. Leider waren einige Dinge nicht so, wie ich es erhofft hatte. Das Personal schien ein wenig unfreundlich zu sein, und das Zimmer war nicht so sauber, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Ich habe auch bemerkt, dass es Spinnweben über dem Bett gab. Am letzten Tag hatte ich leider ein kleines Missgeschick, als ein Mitarbeiter mit seinem Auto in mein Auto gefahren ist und dann einfach abgehauen ist. Zum Glück...

'Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

'Ottimo mini appartamento con tutti i servizi: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina attrezzata anche se manca qualcosina tipo tostapane qualche coltello che taglia e una cappa fumi e luce zona cottura ma questi sono consigli non critiche. Anche una scopa per pavimenti. A un km c'è un grade centro commerciale e proprio sotto casa un mini market. L'ho trovato molto comodo lo consiglio.la gestione molto cordiale e disponibile'
