Welcome to Crucian Seclusion 3 located in Orange Grove, Christiansted. At 1260 sq. ft. this spacious three bedroom, two bath apartment sits on the entire top, 2nd. floor of the triplex. The living room is set with a sectional and large Roku TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen provides a refrigerator freezer with ice maker and door dispenser, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and so on. Also, there are 2, four-seater kitchen tables spread between the kitchen and living room area. The master bedroom provides a king bed, Roku TV and ensuite shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 1 has a queen bedl and a smart TV. All bedrooms and living area can be air conditioned. The hall bath comes with a tub and shower head as well as a bidet attachment on the toilet. You'll have the security of being in a fenced-in, gated residence with only three units. All water on the property is 100% safe and drinkable. All of it consists of either rainwater or trucked in RO water. All of this is then put through a sediment and UV filter. There is roughly a 380 sq. ft. deck off the back. Here, you'll find a patio table with four chairs along with a few other loungers. Also, provided is the convenience of an on-site washer and dryer. I do have a dog on site. She tends to roam the yard. periodically through the day. Sellie is a young American Bulldog and is super friendly with people. There's a grocery store nearby. The Christiansted Boardwalk is a 5-minute Drive away. There you'll find some nearby nightlife as well as bars, restaurants, shops and art galleries along the water and a few blocks deep in town. Aside from this unit, there is only one other rental on the property. I live onsite to accommodate your needs. Please rent a car in advance of your visit. This is a large island with many things to do and see all over. You'll wish you did if you don't. We do drive on the left, but it's not as bad as you think.
