'Caught red handed not giving a damn would be the best way to describe the management of this hotel. Check-in started at 3pm and we arrived at 4:15 pm to a room that wasn’t ready with a mattress hanging out the door. The motel looked to have one, maybe two other transient guests. That’s it. The manager appeared to need to wake-up the disheveled looking room cleaner who was living in another room and together they dragged the mattress away. Once in our room we noticed a hole in the bathroom...

'Do not get put near the outside stairs. It is very noisy. Try to get an end room very small room for 2 beds'

'Well appointed room, comfortable bed, clean, good location, nice pub/restaurant'

'The bed was so incredibly worn out that we sunk into it. Way too soft. Terrible sleep. The old bed absolutely needs replacing. A dog on our floor barked throughout the night. Room was so hot and stuffy, even thought we set the heat to 18. Constant flashing light just outside of the door made sleeping on the couch difficult. Would never stay here again'

'Easy access to trails. Clean and useful apartment-/dorm-style room. Quiet at night (September). Staff were great too.'

'We have stayed at the Ram's Head 3 times over the last 5 years and it has been fantastic every time! Cozy, clean, welcoming host, with a great common room and breakfast! Great location to the town and mountain bike trails!'

'We recently had the chance to stay at the Alpenglow suite in Rossland and were incredibly happy with our decision. The accommodations are perfectly situated in the heart of Rossland with easy access to restaurants, groceries and shops. The location was also close to mountain bike trails and was the primary reason we decided to visit Rossland. The accommodations are totally set up for riders and have access to a secure area to store your bikes; a work stand and cleaning station. We were lucky...

'Great location and place'

'All essentials were good. However was Missing window coverings in downstairs bedrooms. In the listing pictures there was a pool table but it was not there. House was nice clean and comfy.'

'Location is as good as it gets in Rossland and the apartment is so full of life and character! We loved seeing all of the works of local artists scattered throughout. I'm so sick of white/grey boxes and this place is the opposite! The host was also very kind and quick to respond when there was an issue with the check in details.'
