'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. 'Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of colonial zone. Walking distance to all attraction. Room is in good size and clean. Shower can be better designed as the water would easier spilled out. and there is no where you can hang the towel. Hotel staff are generally nice. But when we checked in, they never told us about the late afternoon refreshment, neither offered anything when we passed by in late afternoon. Kimpton typically offers refreshment in the late afternoon so I felt odd when there...

'Beautiful historic building that is now a hotel, the rooms are a bit dated, I expected a bit newer standard in the elements of the room. The location is perfect for sightseeing the most iconic parts of Santo Domingo. The staff is very friendly and service was excellent, food was very good as well and we would stay again if we are to visit Santo Domingo again. Great fast check in, fast check out, well run hotel. 'I had a very Nice stay in hotel Luca , the staff was very helpfull, rooms Nice and clean with very goos beds. I loved the breakfast and the rooftop jacuzzi . The hotel is in the centre of zone colonial , its very safe area . I will come back. '

'Very nice and friendly hotel. Right at thé centre square at main street in the colonial zone. Evrything can be reached by foot or with an uber (very cheap). I would not recommend parking your car in this street, as it is very busy. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind. Also make sure you can get a room that is not facing the square. At night (2-3 am) they will powerwash the square from all the bird poop from the pigeons. That will wake you up. And at 7 am the cleaners with blowers will...
