At the lobby, bar, restaurant, room service, everybody was so nice and helpful! The location is perfect as you can walk to shops and restaurants. 'Let me start by saying what the only bad thing is about this hotel: the wifi reception on the upper floors. This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed at Malecon.
