All staff whom I have interacted with (from check in, dining, museum, and the simulation experience) provide exceptional service! Most staff speak good English. 'We had a great stay! The onsen experience and breakfast are amazing, and the the hotel provides all the details you can hope for. Because of the way the hotel is built, and the beautiful garden, it is a must-do especially during fall. We should have stayed longer!'

'Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader als je het naastgelegen pretpark Fuji-Q Highland gaat bezoeken. Het is een erg net hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De kamer had mooi uitzicht op het pretpark. Daarnaast heeft dit hotel verschillende restaurants en een kleine winkel. Het enige nadeel is dat de gordijnen niet goed werken en rond 4 uur (periode eind mei) was het licht op de kamer. '
