'One of the BEST stays of our entire Japan trip! I can't say enough about the view. One word of warning, we were incredibly fortunate to be on a second floor unit. The first floor units looked to be obscured by a wall, completely blocking the view. I don't know how you would be able to determine ahead of time what view you would get, but that would significantly impact your enjoyment. The foot bath and private Onsen made this a relaxing retreat.'

'Our family had an amazing stay here. Location is very good, near the Lake Yamanaka, Mount Fuji view from the living room, dining room and bathroom. Clean and quiet. Washing machine works well. We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! We will definitely book this hotel again next time we travel to Mount Fuji.'
