'Goed hotel met uitzicht op Mount Fuji. Service en ontbijt zijn goed. Hotel is echter verouderd en aan renovatie toe. Gratis shuttle van en naar het station is ook een pluspunt.'

'今回の滞在では嬉しいことにお部屋をアップグレードしていただき、オーシャンビューの広々とした客室に宿泊できました。窓一面に広がる海の景色はまさに絶景で、時間を忘れて眺めていられるほど。今までガーデンビューだったので、カテゴリー違いを感じることができた。次回からはオーシャンビューに泊まろうと思う。 特に印象的だったのはスタッフの対応。以前よりも全体的にサービスレベルが大幅に向上しており、フロントからレストラン、そして清掃スタッフに至るまで、皆さんの丁寧で温かみのある接客に心が和みました。清掃スタッフの方の細やかな気配りも素晴らしかったです。 ホテル自体は歴史を感じさせる古さも残っていますが、それが逆に“味”となり、川奈ホテルならではのクラシカルな魅力を引き立てています。新しさや豪華さだけでは味わえない、特別な時間と贅沢な時間を過ごせるホテルだと改めて感じました。 総じて、景色・サービス・雰囲気のすべてが揃った滞在で、またぜひ再訪したいと思います。'

The Japanese gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful and relaxing. Also, do not miss out on having lunch or dinner at the French restaurant. The food and the service were exquisite.'

'Tu en room was absolutely stunning with the private hot tub. Don’t bother eating there though. It s a waste of your money. The shuttle was very convenient to get to the train station and visit.'

'Hotel is prima met een heel fijn zwembad en goede shuttlebussen waar je wel afhankelijk van bent want in de omgeving is verder niets op loopafstand. Voor een vakantieganger misschien toch iets te formeel en bij de receptie spreken ze niet allemaal begrijpelijk engels. '
