'The hotel booked taxis (Blue) for me and gave me directions, etc. Everyone spoke fluent English and was very friendly. The front desk was manned 24/7. Breakfast was convenient and never crowded. Location is right in the middle of the older town, with major streets on the doorstep. Bathroom had heater mirror and room had climate control. Lots of outlets for charging devices. Very modern rooms but old entrance of marble and great lounge area for siting with drinks from the lovely bar. '

I requested it being vacuumed once because I like to do Pilates and I like a clean floor. The breakfast selection was great. I did not go hungry. The staff was very friendly. I needed an Uber ordered a few times and there was no issue. Great place. Highly recommend it. '

"Nice new and modern hotel. Very well located within walking distance of almost all highlights. Unfortunately during winter the heating system is operated centrally, so the heating is on day and night and if you don’t open the window fully the whole night, it gets to 26 degrees when you’re sleeping. Check in at 4pm took us almost one hour while there were only 4 other guests trying to check in at the same time. Very slow and we were not informed why. Room is nice and convenient, clean and modern. Breakfast was also good with nice variety. "

During the check in at the recetion, an older lady start to tell me that "she will bring towels to me and knock at hte door" . I considered that as a "psychological game at work". "People working the front desk were really nice. Airco worked well. The hotel feels quite outdated, and while that has its charm, it was also uncomfortable. Bed was rock solid, carpet was a bit iffy, and reception phone was unplugged and I couldn't plug it in to the broken slot. On Friday night the hotel hosted a birthday party in the breakfast area with loud music going until 2am. I could hear it and the bass in my room (even after asking them to turn it down). I slept with earplugs. Not a pleasant stay at all."
"The hotel does not offer what it advertises. I choose it for the outdoor swimming pool ( and therefore opted for this very expensive hotel). on site it turns out I had to pay lots extra to use this pool. They did not clean the room one day (5 star hotel??? you must be joking…)
