'Once we are checked into the apartment, everything was good. Clean and food was good.
It took us a while to figure out how to check-in. People in the neighbor ended up helping out to reach out to the owner as there is no one in the building that can help us check-in when we arrived in the afternoon. I ended up setting up Whatsapp on my mobile phone to contact the owner. The neighbors are friendly and location is good.'

'Stay away from this host! He made me cancel my stay the day I was supposed to arrive, even though the charges had been taken off my credit card, due to the reason that someone else had booked it on another booking site (so he claimed). He then told me he put in a request to vrbo to have me refunded only for me to find out a week later that he never did after I had to contact vrbo myself to get a refund. I would not recommend staying here at all!'

'Comfortable, clean and centrally located. Very comfortable bed. A tiny but well-equipped kitchen for longer stays. A rooftop terrace with an excellent view of the town and surrounding area was a bonus.
Pack lightly. The apartment is on the third floor. There is no elevator.
Giovanni was proactive in reaching out and ensuring we had everything we needed. He met us at check-in, helped us with our luggage, provided us with the necessary parking permit, then drove with us to the parking area.

'We had a wonderfull stay at Cineto Romano in the Locanda della Casella of Mister Carmine. It is very easy to travel from there to the cities of Rome and Tivoli, but it is also a perfect place to fall back to after visiting these crowded places....To have a very cheap but good wine accompanied by a pizza and icecream at the local "piazza".
