'The hotel is in need of a major maintenance and renovation. The room was outdated, and the cleaning needs improvement. I The only thing that was really good was the breakfast.'

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the A/C worked like a dream. I didn't sample the breakfast. My husband thought the choices were lacking but said the food was still good. The staff were also kind and welcoming.'

'We dd not get the beds we payed for and no garbage can or tv remote and nothing in kitchen lights did not work. Could not use pool. Probably the worst place I have been.'

'No one cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels , washcloths when we went to the front desk to ask for for fresh towels and washcloths so that we can take a shower he told us there were no towels and washcloths available we told him our room was never cleaned the trash was still in there , our old towels and washcloths literally no one came to service our room when we asked for washing detergent determined to just wash the towels ourselves there was no detergent thankfully Carmen saw what was...
