'We reserved through expedia and arrived, the room we wanted was not cleaned so we took a smaller room. Opened the door and a gigantic roach was crawling on the roof. We went back to the front desk to let them know and the front desk clerk said she was coming to check it out and NEVER came. 'Me decepciono demasiado, cuando hice la reserva por expedia decia que era pet friendly. Yo tengo un certificado de apotyo emocional de mi perra, al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que por no ser un service dog sino un emotional support teniamoss que pagar 80 dolares la noche por ella, me parece absurdo, por que en ingun momento en expidia decia eso. Me costo mas estadia del perro que la mia, muy decepcionante no lo recomiendo. Ademas el cuarto estaba lleno de polxvo, las personas no eran amables.'

'Well done again, Spring Hill Suites! This location provide again while this is my hotel of choice when needing a room away from home. From the uniform layout of the room no matter what location, to having breakfast options that I can also enjoy as a vegetarian, I appreciate the consistency and knowing ahead of time what I will get.
