'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...

'The staff was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Loved the ambience of the hotel and the decor. Two concerns were getting the luggage to the room from the parking garage was not great. And we had to run the hot water for 10 mins before getting any. Room needs a little maintenance. We really enjoyed our stay and the price is great. Right across the street from a great restaurant as well.'
