The Space:

Inside, the vibe is immediate — timeless architecture, detailed woodwork, and that unmistakable warm, lived-in feeling. The front living room welcomes you with a cozy couch, armchair, and a collection of board games ready for laughter-filled evenings. Continue through to the spacious kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig for slow mornings, and ample counter space for preparing family meals. Just beyond, a dining table for six sets the stage for shared dinners and lingering conversations. Upstairs, the second-floor den offers a separate retreat with a smart TV and a cozy sofa — perfect for movie nights or quiet downtime after a full day of exploring.

You’re perfectly positioned in Northern Kentucky — tucked in a quiet river town yet centrally located between the Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, and downtown Cincinnati. Spend your days exploring major attractions, then return to peaceful neighborhood streets. Even better, right next door is Reeves Market — a beloved local staple known for fresh-cut meats, deli favorites, homemade sides, and ice cream. This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities.

• Street parking for 2 vehicles where available.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located at the front porch and actively monitoring the walkway up to the home as well as a partial view of the street, and (2) located at the back porch and actively monitoring the backyard and walkway up to the back door.

• High chair and portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.
