'I have mixed views on this location. First and foremost, there was an enormous safety hazard at the top of the stairs with the rubber mat, I am not sure how it was missed. It's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or fatally injured, if not addressed. Secondly, the blinds at the front door needs to be replaced. 'Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! '

'This was a great home to stay in. The host had outstanding communication when booking, while I stayed, and when checking out. The home was decorated so beautifully. The neighborhood was so quiet and my family was able to get a good rest after an adventurous day. This home is in a great location to drive or walk to other places. I would definitely book again. '
