Our house is newly renovated with all new modern amenities and driveway parking.

House Layout:
Walking from the driveway, there are 15 steps to get to the front of the house.
First floor has cozy living room and a stylish dining room with seating for 6. In the kitchen, we have amenities for cooking including utensils and plates for kids. Through the kitchen, you can get to the backyard. Enjoy the sun on the outdoor seating on the deck! There is a desk in the living room and a half bath on the 1st floor.

3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on the 2nd floor.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed w/connected full bathroom + ceiling fan
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + ceiling fan
Bedroom 3: Full bed w/TV
While all rooms have blinds and some have additional curtains, note that they are not blackout.

All the beds have 100% cotton sheets and bedding.

We have LG washer and dryers in the basement with Tide laundry detergent for your stay.

Kitchen - Dawn, Bounty, Cascade, & Nespresso pods
All sheets washed in Tide and we provide Tide detergent in the laundry room area for your stay

For the little ones, there is a Pack & Play, highchair, and a baby bathtub.

The house is on a hill away from the street so you will have an amazing view. The dark feature-wall shows a stunning piece of art in the center, which seamlessly transforms into a smart TV with the touch of a button

Please clean up any spills on the quartz countertops in the kitchen right away, as they tend so soak in and leave a nasty stain.

There is a $500 charge for any smoking / vaping violation to pay for additional cleaning services
