'Everything was good quality, clean and big room'

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

Amy and Dora anticipated every need we could have, with snacks, plentiful towels, fast wi-fi, robes, even blackout curtains. 'Stayed at The Unicorn Zebra and loved it! Such a cool, unique property with huge rooms and great style. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. Parking was easy, just across the street. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Tucson. Highly recommend! ⭐'

'Ondanks informatie bij boeking én op de website van het hotel zelf was er géén ontbijt. In de omgeving is verder geen ontbijtrestaurant. Mederwerkers totaal niet geinteresserd, vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Geen waar voor je geld, zoek iets beters!'
