We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. 'Clean room, Nice staff, Air conditioning, parking. Decent little room. Sketch neighborhood but anything under $150 a night in Tucson is in a sketch neighborhood. Loved that there was a handheld steamer in my room. I was going to wet my pants and blow dry them but the steamer was way better. My hand soap dispenser could have had mor soap in it and my room key was only activated for one night so in a hundred degree heat I had to go the office and get my stay extended. 'Parking was safe and underground so our car remained cool during hot days. Parking was extra. Our room was beautiful and clean and quiet. The hotel was beautifully decorated and unique from the moment we stepped in the front door. I loved all the potted plants. Overall it was a great experience. '

'I got a king studio for 1 night. The rooms are average to below average. More of an $89/night stay. I thought they had complimentary breakfast but it was $20 per person and was essentially a large charcuterie board. '

There is a nice walking path behind the hotel along the river. comfortable bed/ pillow. *This Hotel is only feet away from a busy highway, you WILL hear cars all night and semi jake breaks. In the Evening there Will be homeless people behind hotel asking for cash if they see you in the parking lot. '

'This place had mold over the shower and throughout the bathroom. The pool didn’t have the circulation pump working so the water wasn’t being filtered. The staff is incredibly rude. Refused to give me a receipt when I requested it. We were booked for 4 nights however only stayed the first night as we arrived in Tuscon late evening. Terrible way to start a weekend. So many things are wrong with this hotel. From electrical issues, disabled fire alarms, to the handle of our sink broken and just left...

'I had a great experience from the couple that runs the motel. My car broke down and they were very understanding of my problem and allow me to get a mechanic fix my car in their parking lot. Very pleasant experience and the room was extremely clean!!'
