'The staff was very friendly and accomidating, the hotel was nice even though they were remodeling. I wish the hot tub was working so i could relax after driving six hours to get there and the mattress in iur room could have been softer so i wouldnt wake up each morning with a sore back. There was a few other hicupps we encountered but as always iur stay was great and we diffinitely will stay there again in the future.'

'Arrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man. 'Ik had voor een rookvrij kamer gevraagd. Ik heb een rokers kamer gekregen en die stonk behoorlijk. De kamer was behoorlijk vies. Er waren kruimels op de vloer dus en de lakens stonk ook.

Nice to grab a glass of wine, or two, (provided by the Inn) in the afternoon on the outdoor deck after a day of playing tourist. The breakfasts were superb and much more than we expected. Definitely the place to stay when you are in the Pittsburgh region!'
