When we arrived, the man at the front desk was on his personal cellphone, so we had to stand and wait until he was done with his call. We were given an extra set of sheets. Upon entering our room, there was not an extra blank or extra pillows. We gave an extra pillow from the bed (a king bed, with only 4 pillows. The pillows were pancakes, and very uneven). 'The guy at check in (I think it was the manager) was extremely friendly and remembered me and had conversations throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Hotel pool was clean. Room was clean. There was only one employee I encountered that wasn’t too friendly, a younger lady I had asked what direction to get to the pool and she gave me a crazy look and just pointed outside and said “out there”… ik the pool is outside (duh) but I didn’t realize it was only accessible from an outside...

Breakfast had a good variety of options, and we appreciated having a kitchen in the room, which made our stay even more convenient. The pool was clean and enjoyable. 'Overall the property was clean - downstairs lobby area and parking. The staff was very nice! However, my room needed paint, shower needed caucking, water stain on the ceiling and peeling wallpaper. Also, when I walked off the 3rd floor elevator, the floor spelled like mildew and so did my room. I wish you could smell the cleanliness of the hallway and room.'
