'Parking is ten pound per day on the opposite car park. It would be helpful if this information is advised in advance. Do not expect to see a staff to you get there. In fact，we didn't see one throughout the whole stay. Do not expect any help if you cannot figure out how to check in yourself. Room size is very small.'

'Parking at the hotel is very convenient. The lack of a small refrigerator in the room was a minus'

'Clean room and the new owners couldn’t do enough for us'

'We had a great stay in the property the location was perfect. Breakfast was fab and the staff were all very pleasant & welcoming'

'Friendly and welcoming staff, thoughtful touches and a lovely location with great walks and lots to explore'

'Our room was lovely and comfortable. We were in the back of the building just off the garden (Brontë room) It was quiet and peaceful and a great place to relax after exploring the nearby towns and villages. Go early as the villages get crowded quickly and parking can be limited depending on the village. The only issue we had was breakfast was included with our stay but had difficulty finding it. It was located offsite a few minutes walk but I was only able to find this after googling other...

'We stayed in the coach house which was ideal for us with our dog. Dinner - fish and chips was good and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were really accommodating and made us welcome. Really good atmosphere in the bar which was well populated with locals.'
