'Très bien de manière générale, bien localisé et juste à côté de métro mais quelques détails pas top pour un 4* La chambre était propre sauf l’intérieur de la grille de climatisation qui était très sale. Au niveau de la piscine, il y a des casiers à code pour déposer vêtements et objets mais aucun ne fonctionne ! Le bouton au bord de la piscine, pour les chutes d’eau ne fonctionne et il faut sortir de l’eau pour l’activer avec un autre interrupteur à l’autre extrémité de la piscine.'

He also gave us detailed directions on how to get there. 'I had reserved 4 nights during the Winter Olympics and the location of this apartment is ideal. The neighbourhood is safe and with a supermarket nearby. The metro station is just right downstairs and it only takes 10-15 minutes to arrive at the Central train station and Duomo by metro. If the heating function of the split type air-conditioner can be stronger, it would be ideal. And the elevator did not function throughout my stay, wonder if it normally operates.'

'I would give this flat five stars but I had one issues which I will disclose soon. I have lived in Europe for years therefore, I am well aware of how tiny some fats can be. This flat was spacious, lovely entry way with hooks for coats and storage for shoes. The bathroom was great, spacious and great storage. The kitchen had everything you need on a vacation.The location was fantastic, shops, restaurants and public transportation easily accessible. I would definitely stay there again, only if...

'Great place, relatively clean, and extremely helpful staff! Always helped me with any issues that arised. Also a more quiet hostel and not that social--I enjoyed it, but I would def keep that in mind if you are looking for a more classic social experience.'

'Great location - more residential which was what we were looking for. Only stayed one night but would have liked to explore the neighborhood more. Hot day in May so needed the air conditioning. AC was a little tricky but once we found the remotes worked very well.'

'Isabella was so easy to communicate with before arriving and during our visit. They stored our bags after we arrived then even delivered to our room. She had a light breakfast of packaged pastries and fresh fruit as well as juice n coffee for us. Our room was spacious. And the bed pillows and temperature was so comfortable. We would easily stay here again. It is less than 10 min walk to Metro so easy to navigate the city and restaurants.'
