The cleaning crew came in everyday but only to put the towel on the floor on the edge of the tub no trash taken out no clean sheets. The changed the sheets on the last night and they also had stains and cigarette burns'

'During our stay, the staff asked our guest (a young adult visiting from out of town) for identification while my husband was away. Despite us having already paid for the room, they told our guest he needed to leave. As a result, both my husband and our guest were removed from the property. We were told we would receive a refund for one night; however, Expedia has since informed us they have been unable to reach the property to process it. The situation was concerning and left us feeling...
