'Generally satisfactory. Room was spacious, patient staff, and great welcome drinks. Suggestion to the management is to restrict guests from making noises at the lounge area as the noise echoed and could hear it from the rooms facing the lounge area l. Unfortunately guests from certain country do not know how to control their volume.... Maybe management should ask them to ?'

'The room I had was facing the city. Room was very surprisingly nice! Bed was very comfortable and nice sheets. There is plenty of shelf space to put things. It is a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. '

'Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend!'

'Our stay was specifically to accompany our mom for hospital surgery, which is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and spotless. Many thoughtful amenities were provided, including good Wi-Fi and a large TV, and we especially loved the capsule coffee machine. The service was excellent, with friendly and very helpful staff. This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was perfect.'

'I stayed for 2 nights in different rooms. The only problems was splashing water from the hose connecting to the heater when turning water on. Second, the water tap on in the kitchen nearly loose from the sink. Tea cups too small and coffee packet and tea bag not enough for 4 persons room.'

'These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

'Een net en fijn hotel. Het personeeel is vriendelijk, busstop is op 5 min afstand lopen. Ideaal omdat de airport bus er ook stop voor zowel opstap als vertrek halte. Kamer erg schoon, nette douche en prima bedden. Idn zouden wij er terug gaan mochten wenogmaals in kk komen.'
