'In a great location for me but the lobby and room smell horrible. I requested a non smoking room (because they gave me an option) but it smelled like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns in the bedding. They tried to convince me that burns in the bedding did not come from a cigarette. Well, I guess I am stupid. Evertything inside the room was dirty however, the exterior was decent and parking is convenient. I go to the area often but I will not stay there again.'

'After experiencing the front desk and casino area, our hotel room was surprisingly very nice. The renovations are well done, and the room was like new - clean and comfortable. The beds were very nice with four fluffy pillows. If you can keep your eyes half-closed until you get to the hotel hallway, you will be pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms are. '

'I drove up to Lake Elsinore for a week to watch a couple of Lake Elsinore Storm baseball games and play a couple rounds of golf. This hotel had everything I needed! A very accommodating, helpful and friendly staff, a clean comfortable room, a nice breakfast (constantly stocked with fresh items by a young lady that was very attentive), enjoyed a cup of coffee on the patio overlooking Lake Elsinore and Storm Stadium, and a nice pool to read by in the afternoon. 'It was quiet and clean. The pillows were extremely hard and should be replaced. The floor was not very clean and left the soles if my bare feet black and while I understand for security reasons the window from outside for late checking it is a little uncomfortable But for the price and location it was a good deal'

'Likes: cold AC in the room, hot water in the bathroom and sink comes in seconds, staff are so nice, polite and helpfull, firmness of the beds are good Dislikes: ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken, working ice machine by yhe elevator/1st flr was not very clean and was also leaking. There was a puddle of water in front of the elevator. There was a dead big cockroach in front of our room (outside). Overall, for the price and a 2 star rating, its ok...but could be cleaner'
